“The Fite Group is excited to be part of this fast-paced, action-packed competition and look forward to expanding our name recognition beyond our home base in Palm Beach County,” said David Fite, founder and principal of The Fite Group Luxury Homes. “This sponsorship reinforces our position that we are a global luxury real estate firm. With our newly opened office in Wellington, Florida, located across from the Winter Equestrian Festival (WEF), we are now fully engaged to support the equestrian community with all their real estate needs.”

2016 Olympic Individual Bronze Medalist Phillip Dutton (USA) is set to compete in the U.S. Open $50,000 Arena Eventing presented by The Fite Group Luxury Homes, alongside Olympians Boyd Martin (USA), William Fox-Pitt (GBR), and Burghley CCI 4* winner
Oliver Townend.
The Arena Eventing competition will include elements of both the show jumping and cross-country phases of traditional Three-Day Eventing in an electrifying and exciting course set by Captain Mark Phillips, which will incorporate several never-before-seen jumping efforts referencing prominent New York City features and structures.

“The Fite Group is an emerging sponsor of equestrian sport and we welcome them to the Rolex Central Park Horse Show, as their first year sponsorship will coincide with the inaugural U.S. Open $50,000 Arena Eventing competition,” said Mark Bellissimo, CEO of International Equestrian Group (IEG). “This class has allowed us to present some of the top athletes in the sport of Eventing in a unique team relay format.”

The Saturday evening Arena Eventing competition will feature an elite class of twenty-four top riders organized into twelve teams. Each team, named after a famous New York City neighborhood, will race against the clock with faults converted into time with their score being based on the cumulative time of both riders’ rounds.
